How It Works:

Chapter 1 - Mapping Your Journey

The first chapter helps you understand what your short and long term goals should be as you start your online course journey. We’ll start by thinking about who you want to target. Who would be interested in your expertise? Where do they hang out online? What are some ways they can discover you? Let’s be audience driven from the get-go!

Chapter 2 - Planning the Offer

Once you know who you want to target, we’ll teach you how to figure out their pain points to make your course sound irresistible to your audience. You will also learn how to create an in-depth course outline to organize your content. Finally, we’ll get succinct and you will learn how to distill all your information and knowledge into a simple elevator pitch you’ll use to describe your course.

Chapter 3 - Creating the Offer

In Chapter 3, we walk you through each step of building a course landing page in Thinkific. Your landing page is where you sell your course to the world and supply valuable information such as the instructor profile, course description, and module list. You’ll also learn how to show your true colors (literally) by customizing your landing page banner, logo, site colors, and other branding elements.

Chapter 4 - Ready, Set...Share!

Now that you’ve created your sales page, it’s time to get your message out there and attract people to your course. Chapter 4 focuses on putting it all together to promote your course to your ideal audience. We’ll also show you how to build an email list at the same time. Although there are tons of marketing strategies you can implement, The Roadmap to Results specifically teaches marketing action steps you can take today!
